It requires very little attention, which leaves time for our agents to focus on their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Paradym?
It is unable to stay connected to LinkedIn and YouTube for longer periods of time. I don't believe this is a true issue with Paradym, but more so with the sites it's connected to. I am hopeful that they can continue to advocate to LinkedIn and YouTube to extend the connection time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
