I use surveys for nutrition assessments, patient feedback, lifestyle questionnaires, workshop or health session feedback, and post-webinar responses. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health awareness content, so I need an easy way to collect and review this feedback. I like that I can create surveys with different question types and set the questions based on what I need to ask. I can also upload an existing questionnaire instead of making all the questions again. Sharing the survey through a web link is simple, and I can easily check the responses after people submit them.

The Analysis section makes it easier to check the responses without opening every answer. I can use charts like pie and bar charts to see the response pattern and get a quick idea of the results. I also like that scanned survey forms can be uploaded and processed, which saves the work of entering paper responses one by one. The Google Sheets connection helps when I need to work with the responses outside the survey. The setup was easy to understand, and I was able to create and share my survey without any issue. I would like PaperSurvey to have survey logic or branching options. This would be helpful when creating longer surveys where different questions are needed based on earlier answers. Also, The scanning process can take a little time when there are several paper forms to process. I would like this part to be a bit faster, especially when handling multiple forms.
