Paperpile is great - convenient and easy to use. I love that it can automatically change the reference style with zero effort and it can find the paper I want to cite by title DOI, link, whatever I throw at it. I recently stumbled on a bug after Google updated - the Paperpile support team were really responsive, provided a workaround and then got back to me when they had patched the software. Overall, just a stellar experience and I'll be using Paperpile for years to come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing much to dislike. Every now and then it'll import the citation information from the paper incorrectly but given the vast array of different formats that academic papers come in, I find this a negligible problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
