Paperpile has transformed my ability to reference papers, websites, books etc. I am farly tech-savvy but I find all the popular bibliography tools almost impossible to use. I simply do not understand how they work and I just end up frustrated. Paperpile is super intuitive. Within minutes I had a system that I could use, and a bibliography that I could build. I use it on Chrome (Mac and iOS), and write on Word. It is so intuitive, with pdf annotation as well. Support is responsive, personal and friendly.
