Paperless has been useful to me in organizing my personal documents. I use Paperless where documents are categorized by the owner, correspondent, type, and then you can label your documents with any tags you feel like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The major disadvantage of Paperless is that I cannot access documents offline when needed. For instances or any time I am out of my home or there is a low internet connection I have no way of accessing the stored files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
