## Paperless Post Reviews

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

I I like the fact that there are so many options for various events

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

The fact that u have to pay for all the extras is a lot . I think they should have one combined price

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making it easy to send out and keep track of who is coming or signed up for certain events

  ### 2. Great in person event booking tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariam S. | Operations Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

Very ease to use to set up invitations and invitees. Great features to track responses and options for follow ups. Customer support response was quick when I had an issue understanding certain price points.

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

The additional costs for design features is pricey on a small business.

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only useful tool I have found to manage IN PERSON events.

  ### 3. Great for event tracking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

Paperless post is a great service for invitations and tracking responses. Even the free invitations are useful and you get the same tracking options.

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

The mobile version could use some upgrades. The tracking is difficult and it's not easy to see the total number of attendees vs. total number of emails attending. If one email address accounts for multiple people in their party, I'd like to be able to see that easier and calculate totals on a dashboard similar to the desktop version.

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not needing to gather RSVPs manually.

  ### 4. Super Easy professional tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole B. | Founder, Market Research

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

Super easy to use and more professional looking the other sites

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

Nothing. I literally had zero issues with the product

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invite tracking, ensuring all email addresses are up to date and scheduling communications are seamless and simple.

  ### 5. Invitations for Gatherings In a Snap and With Class!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fund-Raising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2019

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

I like that I can create, send out, and check RSVP's all from my phone. It is very easy to use, and all responses, including when the invitation was opened, are included in the app.

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

The coins are a bit confusing, and it makes the user think there isn't a free option. However, the entire invitation/RSVP process can be free if you choose the option without an envelope. Editing the invitation and then reviewing the coin costs really helped me solve the issue with the coins.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperless Post:**

Give it a try. Choose a style that you like, get your email addresses loaded, and send a test email.

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have so so much time using Paperless Post. I think it is a step up from some of the other similar apps as far as the quality and invitation choices. The RSVP responses are sent right to my phone.

  ### 6. Easy way to keep track of guests, manage multiple gatherings, and share party updates.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina F. | Yoga Instructor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

I created a Paperless Post account after receiving an electronic invitation flyer from a friend. So far, I have only used their flyer option, and I was really happy with the ease and functionality of it. Not only were there a few good layouts to choose from, but it was easy and quick to customize. You can choose to collect RSVPs, which makes things so easy because it shows you an updated guest list anytime you login. You can even specify if you'd like a headcount of children and adults (so you know how many of each are coming). You can also choose to set a maximum number of guests allowed per invitation. You can send the invite via text, email, or even share the link on social media.

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

The flyer version does not track emails that have been bounced back, but I believe the card invites do.

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paperless Post makes it VERY easy to manage multiple events and organize guest lists at one time. There is no limit for entering event details (many other sites limit the amount of characters that can go in the details section). This can easily be used for personal or professional events.

  ### 7. Paperless post makes getting through a lot easier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lalitha M. | Researcher at the Columbia University Programming Systems Lab, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

Paperless post is great for maintaining RSVPs and being able to send invitations to events through another medium that is more noticeable and has reminder follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

Paperless post lacks in integration with other message boards in comparison to other products. However, I don’t believe there are many negatives to the product otherwise.

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use paperless post to keep in touch with alumni and important figures when we organize an event. This way, we can reach out to people outside of the organization as well to manage both communities. We gain great benefits in this way because it’s much easier scheduling networking events and having lists that show who’s read, replied, etc. There’s also functionality to send reminders, which is another great way to get responses in a non-intrusive way.

  ### 8. Fun and genuine invites you can send over text

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth R. | Public Relations Communications Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

I really like this platform. I recently used it to make an invite for a birthday party. I looked for an option that I could send to friends via text. I love that when opened from text, it opens to a full, adorable invite that takes up the whole phone screen. Feels like you're receiving a real, paper invite. When you add an RSVP button to your invite, you can even easily manage guest count - love.

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

I'm happy with this product all around.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperless Post:**

Go for it - Very fun product, great design tools and adorable design elements.

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't yet used this for business yet, but can see how great it would translate. For birthday lunches, xmas parties, networking events

  ### 9. Beautiful and useful tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jannah B. | Associate, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2019

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

The customization and level of quality in terms of design is incredible with Paperless Post. The tracking capability was a great addition, too. Another positive thing about these online platforms is that they are more efficient than, say, sending something through regular mail.

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

There's not really much that I dislike about them.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperless Post:**

For anyone who is organizing events at any point, Paperless Post has great capabilities and I'd highly recommend at least checking it out and including it in the evaluation process.

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We host and run a variety of events through our business, and as we've scaled we've started to have more of these events. Paperless Post helps us to stay organized.

  ### 10. Beautiful Designs, A La Carte Costs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2019

**What do you like best about Paperless Post?**

I love that the designs are very differentiated and high class as compared to their competitors.

**What do you dislike about Paperless Post?**

Every element that adds to the beauty of the invitations or cards costs additional money. The interface is not super user-friendly, either.

**Recommendations to others considering Paperless Post:**

Be aware that there are always additional costs that pile up to make truly "beautiful" invitations. You have to pay for liners in the envelopes, for "stamps" to be included on the invitation, for particular designs that look nicer than the free designs. I wish in many respects that the company would be a little less trigger-happy with charging people.

**What problems is Paperless Post solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating high-touch invitations with effective tracking and analytics, as well as beautiful designs.
