What do you like best about Panotica Hydra?

The software ensures easy access to supervised documentation, controlled according to ISO 9001/ ISO 17025. Very impactful option is the possibility of importing forms directly from supervised documentation which allows (during daily work) filling forms approved by the authorizing authority during the certification audit. For organization, where the personel works remotely, it allows to complemente ongoing menagement system documentation and supervision of the activities of people involved in a given process. What do you dislike about Panotica Hydra?

Recommendations to others considering Panotica Hydra:

The pre-sale service is aproprite. I received remote training and presentation. I get temporary access to the fully functional system. It is worth noting that the time version has a sample database set up, which makes easier to understand how Panotica Hydra works. The response of the support department is very important. What problems is Panotica Hydra solving and how is that benefiting you?

Panotica Hydra is a new system that is more intuitive and appropriate to the size of my company. It is easy to learn and use. I am able to comply with ISO 17025 in cooperation with off-site personnel who is also responsible for keeping ISO records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
