What do you like best about Panoramata?

I love Panoramata for its ease of use and the accuracy of its features. As soon as I login I can instantly choose "My feed" or I can go straight into specifics only: Emails Only, Ads Only, SMS only Social Only, or Landing Pages (which I don't personally use). The control panel's layout makes it easy to find exactly what I need, which is important to me -- the second I login I have a record of new ads and emails published AND I get scoring, which makes it way easier for me to sort. For me, the ranking has been one of the most useful features. Every time I login, on the main page I can instantly see which of the companies I'm following has sent the most emails. (For my company, volume is actually everything -- even more important than the email content itself.) So I can sort instantly via volume, then dive in and look at the actual creative. And it all takes me less than 5 - 10 seconds. That used to take me HOURS. Seriously, hours. Outside of the app: customer support has been amazing; Aniko and Mehdi have been friendly, helpful, and always looking to make my work easier, going above and beyond. The team is wonderful, especially Aniko, who adjusts my account based on my changing needs. At the end of the day, I love Panoramata because it saves me an incredible amount of time by collecting data rapidly, far quicker than I could do manually or through virtual assistants. I seriously can't say enough amazing things about them, and the initial setup was incredibly easy, just as simple as signing up and sending a first email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Panoramata?

I'm on one of their lower tiers, and sometimes I wish I could have a little more volume per week. I don't think this is an issue for larger-sized companies. The only other thing is that there is so much content on the screen at times, the text gets tiny and I have to wear my reading glasses to read it well. :) Honestly though, I cannot think of anything else to improve. And, when I say that, I mean it. I'm typically the type of person that can point out weaknesses and problems in apps and websites instantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Panoramata solving and how is that benefiting you?

Panoramata eliminates the need for finding the companies that are sending larger volumes of email promotions AND helps me see exactly what promotions (and discounts) they're sending to their customers, saving me hours since my entire job is to prospect for ecommerce companies sending promo emails at large volumes. It helps me do in minutes what used to take me weeks or months (signing up manually, waiting weeks to track how many emails would come in per month). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
