Their ability to listen deeply and really get who we are. It never felt like they were offering cookie-cutter solutions. What do you dislike about Pangolin Marketing?

There’s honestly very little to complain about. Occasionally, timelines stretched a bit when we wanted to go deeper or explore options. But in our experience, that only made the final product better. We were struggling to clearly communicate the breadth and depth of our work across education leadership, community-driven initiatives, and youth programs. Our mission is complex, and we needed a way to bring it all together without overwhelming people.
