What do you like best about PANDAPÉ?

I like using PANDAPÉ for publishing and tracking my job openings. I appreciate its ability to enhance the effectiveness of candidate selection by simplifying all stages of the process, from posting the job using artificial intelligence, templates, and multiposting, to providing easy means for candidates to apply like the chatbot and WhatsApp, as well as implementing automatic filters and timely follow-up with candidates. It gives me the opportunity to have all candidates in one place, allowing me to quickly identify those who best meet the profile thanks to the suitability percentage and killer questions, which helps me fill my vacancies more swiftly. The option to perform a multiposting with one click to publish on different websites, social networks, and platforms like OCC and Computrabajo is truly valuable. PANDAPÉ also allows for a candidate suitability comparison with the published profile, helping me make informed decisions. What do you dislike about PANDAPÉ?
