What I like most about PandaDoc is how simple it makes the entire document workflow. I can create a document, customize it, send it to a customer, collect an e-signature, and track everything without jumping between different tools. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the tracking features are super helpful because I can quickly see whether a document has been opened, viewed, or signed. The e-signature process is also really smooth, which makes things easier for both me and the customer. Honestly, it cuts down a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth and saves time. It makes the whole process feel more organized, professional, and stress-free. I feel PandaDoc provides very good value for the price. It saves us a significant amount of time by bringing document creation, SOW management, customer review, e-signatures, and tracking into one place. The ability to see when a document has been viewed, completed, or is still pending is especially useful for managing customer follow-ups. It also reduces manual work and unnecessary email exchanges, while making the overall process more organized and professional. What do you dislike about PandaDoc? There’s not much I dislike about PandaDoc, but I think there’s still room to make some of the advanced features more flexible. For example, when working with highly customized documents, having more control over layouts, templates, and certain customization options would be really helpful. Some features can also take a little time to figure out when you’re using them for the first time, so a more guided experience for advanced workflows could make things even easier. That said, these are relatively minor points. Overall, PandaDoc is easy to use, reliable, and has made my document workflow much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you? PandaDoc solves one of the biggest problems in document workflows: all the unnecessary back-and-forth. Before using a tool like this, managing documents, getting approvals, collecting signatures, and tracking everything can quickly become messy. With PandaDoc, the entire process is much more streamlined. I can create and customize documents, send them directly to customers, track whether they’ve viewed them, and get signatures without relying on multiple tools or endless email threads. The biggest benefit for me is saving time and staying organized. I always have better visibility into what’s pending and what’s completed, which makes following up much easier. It also gives customers a smoother and more professional experience.
