What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I started using PandaDoc mainly to make client proposals and agreements easier to handle. I like that I can prepare a document once, make small changes when needed, and send it out for signing without having to manage the whole process through email. The interface is straightforward, so I didn't need much time to get comfortable with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Some of the document and template options take a little time to understand when you first start using them. I also feel that a few editing tasks could be more direct, but these are relatively minor issues for my day-to-day use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has made the client agreement process more organized for me. Instead of sending documents back and forth and manually checking for responses, I can keep the document process in one place and know where things stand.
