What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like how easy PandaDoc is to use and how it enables us to work quicker and more efficiently. It's intuitive and helps us complete most of our work remotely by avoiding in-person signatures. My favorite feature is the ability to save templates for easy use, as I can quickly send out a template in less than a minute without having to recreate a form. I also liked having a dedicated account manager in the past who could answer any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I don't like that PandaDoc got rid of account managers. I wish that the way that completed documents were stored was a bit more organized. I wish that the interface for that was more user-friendly. I wish I could drag the view so that I could read the entire folder name, and I wish there was an easier way to download multiple documents. A lot of times when you go to download multiple documents, it does not work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc enables us to complete most of our work remotely, eliminating the need to collect signatures in person. We work quicker and more efficiently because of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
