Panaya has been extrememly helpful in the testing phase of our project. It's been beneficial for the user acceptance testers to screen record and log defects as issues arise. Panaya helps track tests, steps, and defects through statuses such as "passed", "failed", "open", "resolved", "closed". This all helps to keeps the project "to-do's" organized and allowing the work to flow to completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Panaya Smart Testing and Change Intelligence? Overall, the system is difficult to learn, and the knowledge seems to come from the experience of navigating the system upfront. There's not an execellent way of training this type of system, and seems to be a more hands-on learning curve. We have ran into several challeneges with the screen record fuctionality - having to pause the recording to double click and open a new app/tile, then unpausing to complete the test. Panaya is helping log system defects which could potentially be a much bigger problem down the road if not addressed during the testing phase of our project.
