Featured product, fairly priced but after sale service is poor.

After sale services are extremely pathetic. They are manipulative.

**What problems is Panasonic Solution Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The juniors and seniors play manipulation games and trick customers into settling for poorly done services and low quality products. I bought one AC and the repairer completely destroyed its look by mishandling the parts during cleaning. And he wasn't even ready to admit that the part is broken, he and infact their senior team said this is how it looks, complelety Gaslighting us. I was shocked to hear the same response from the senior team. I won't recommend choosing Panasonic at all.
