I like how Palantir Gotham turns large amounts of fragmented operational data into a connected picture that users can actually work with. The combination of real-time data integration, relationship analysis, mapping, and AI-assisted decision support makes it especially powerful for understanding changing situations quickly. I appreciate its ability to bring together data from different sources, visualize relationships, and work with near real-time information, which is valuable for investigations and decision-making. I find the platform especially powerful because it connects analysis with operational workflows, helping teams move from understanding a situation to planning and acting on it much faster. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest improvement area for me is the learning curve: Palantir Gotham brings together a lot of powerful capabilities, and new users can take time to understand how the different applications, data layers, permissions, and workflows fit together. I'd like to see more guided onboarding, contextual help, and simpler ways to customize the interface for different roles, so users can get to the information they need without feeling overwhelmed by the platform's depth.
