What I love most about Paid is its ability to generate a human conversation and not just be a static template. This makes it a clear map that gives me control over my professional growth. Additionally, I especially value the follow-up and agreement section with my manager, as it keeps the document alive by allowing me to land concrete commitments for training and resources. I also find the self-assessment and medium-term goal-setting space very useful, as it helps me reflect with perspective on my progress. Lastly, the initial setup of Paid is very simple and intuitive, making the process enjoyable from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What convinces me the least is when the process becomes too rigid or administrative. If it turns into a simple form-filling exercise without continuous follow-up, it loses much of its usefulness. I would also improve the agility in updating goals. Sometimes daily priorities change quickly, and the platform or format becomes somewhat rigid, so it would be good if it were more flexible to adapt to changes halfway through.
