What do you like best about Paid.ai?

What I like most about Paid.ai is that it brings AI usage tracking, cost monitoring, and usage-based billing into one place. It gives me clear visibility into customer usage and operational expenses, makes it easier to spot opportunities for optimization, and automates workflows that would otherwise take a lot of manual effort. What do you dislike about Paid.ai?

The main drawback is that reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible. Some integrations require extra setup, and configuring more advanced billing workflows can take a bit of time. I’d also like to see more detailed analytics, easier filtering, and stronger integration options, as those improvements would make the overall experience even better.
