What do you like best about PAFnow Process Mining?

The ease of use. The visualizations are based on PowerBI and hence they are easy to use. Also, the different tabs within the tool make it easier and more understandable. The drill-through approach helps in getting the right data for the filtered data which is being used at the different tabs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PAFnow Process Mining?

The complexity of the report sometimes leads to understanding gaps. Business users find the web difficult to read. Also, speed is a challenge sometimes. The Pareto chart is difficult to read and can be made much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PAFnow Process Mining solving and how is that benefiting you?

The PAFnow has helped in understanding the process and also it helped in identifying the gaps which are perceived earlier. It also helps in the identification of means of improvement which leads to healthy backlog management and the right items are pushed through development in sprints.
