Having extra AI assistance with writing and creating for myself and my students, along with a human Packback helper, gives me more time to focus on my students’ development and learning. Since I am not an expert in using Packback, and I don't devote too much extra time to learning with the modules available to me, I imagine I'm not utilizing all the capabilities Packback has to offer. Each semester I consider refining my discussions and looking for ways to make my course better, however I don't think I'm using all you have to offer. Perhaps I'm needing more hand-holding.
