What do you like best about PaceMateLIVE?

PaceMateLive helps our practice stay seamlessly connected to each of our device patients on a day-to-day basis. We highly value the ability to rely on the alert features that notify you of the alerts that you need to know - when you need to know them. The service aspect of the company, providing a dashboard second to none that stratifies the data with color-coded levels of status (green, yellow, red) along with a preliminary read, propels PaceMateLive into a realm that separates the company to more than just a piece of software. Our practice needs this level of service to survive on a day-to-day basis. We do not have the personnel to stand up an in-house device clinic. PaceMateLive - IS OUR DEVICE CLINIC. And it pays for itself, not only in patient satisfaction and patient care, but it literally pays for itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PaceMateLIVE?

The ability to move in-office check data to the cloud remains difficult for any 3rd party platform. Device companies are not making it easy for companies like PaceMate to easily build a solution to quickly move the data from the programmer immediately to the cloud-based platform. PaceMate has listened to discussions about this issue and is working on a solution to make this process better for the user in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PaceMateLIVE solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our inability to have enough staff to support our own in-house device clinic, PaceMate essentially takes the place of needing a robust in-house clinic, streamlining the workflow, freeing up the staff to be able to focus more on direct patient care. Providing everything the billing department needs to be able to seamlessly do the billing and dramatically improve the efficiency of the reimbursement process.
