I really like how Ownchat gives us access to use WhatsApp programmatically and comes with a user-friendly chat interface. There are so many small touches on their tool for convenience; it's really their eye for detail. I appreciate having all the relevant customer info right in the chat information. This feature makes it so much more efficient for our agents to resolve issues quicker when dealing with hundreds of customers and thousands of messages every day.
