Even though the main goal is not achieved yet ( significant increase in quality inbound leads ) the platform is super easy to use, and the integration with linkedin seems robust. Smart limits are created in the outreach so you won't get blocked. This is not a tool to reach 1000 people a month, it's a tool for a very specific outreach and assist in speeding up the process. It was able to quickly pinpoint potential clients in my chosen niche, which would have otherwise required much searches. The platform is also easy to navigate enabling easy setup and overseeing of the campaigns. **What do you dislike about Overloop.ai?** The generated mails were more personalised and not highly professional for a mail communication outreach. They were much too general and made responses almost negligible. The options did not allow me to make adjustments based on the different needs of individual clients. **What problems is Overloop.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead sourcing is one of Overloop’s great strengths, but one still needs to apply that personal touch when creating the emails. As a Sales Excellence Consultant I'm currently advising some of my customers as well on automation and Overloop ticks all the boxes they need. **What do you dislike about Overloop.ai?** The danger of overloop is all its possibilities. You will be able to creat workflows and campaigns that you don't even understand anymore :) **What problems is Overloop.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am just starting with overloop but am looking to use it for lead-distribution to other sales executives. By connecting with the native pipedrive I hope to be able to make sure that all relevant leads are picked up and no lead is ever contacted twice with the same message. Most automation tools I have seen are quite straight forward with linkedin visits, connection requests, sending an email etc... Overloop goes on steriods when its comes to the posibillities. They enable you to add soo much more posibillities. One of my favorites is the email click tracking. It enables you to gain intel on what the next approach to this customer should be. For instance, if they've read your email, clicked your link but didnt reply, you know its interesting to follow up. so you could automate a follow up that is different than someone who didn't do all that. ### 8. Those are good product but Overloop is a hardened platform that is not buggy and a also handles Email which is essential. B2B marketing on Linkedin is important but if you mesh that in a workflow with Email it is even more powerful. Because Overloop also finds emails, I cancelled my subscription to Kaspr. The platform is intuitive and I use it every week to manage my campagns and let them run in the background. **What do you dislike about Overloop.ai?** They should give more email credits. The email feature is a really important aspect of Overloop and the product would be a better value if they had more email credits. Also the ability to buy credits instead of being locked into the subscription allocation. **What problems is Overloop.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overloop is a great product for integrated B2B sales outreach. I use it to manage campaigns with external and LinkedIn lists and I can create a combined flow of contacts over LinkedIn and email. It's very convenient to have both in one platform. ### 9.
