What do you like best about Ovatu Manager?

I have reviewed a bunch of other booking platforms for my business (which is unique) and nothing came close. I needed to manage my customers, book a convenient time for them to arrive for service, allow me to take pictures for each client, stage alerts, emails, and then bill them after the service - Ovatu Does All Of This with ease! What do you dislike about Ovatu Manager?

I did initially have a couple of issues with Ovatu, but I am a very unique business and the way I interact with my customers is also unique. I will say that when reaching out to see why and if something could be done, they have been amazing and always tried to find a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ovatu Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of booking an appointment for my customers - within a custom portal for each of them. Ovatu builds a simple client record in a database. I can take before and after pictures of my customers' items!!! (this is huge for me) - I can bill after the service. It integrates with an awesome CRM to further extend the Campaigns. I can communicate within the app - also provide communication about each stage the knife is at... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
