What do you like best about Ovation?

EVERYTHING in Ovation has a systematic format. It's easy to use and easy to understand, especially for new users. Ovation is FULL of solutions for laboratory management, especially because it has workflow management customized to our laboratory's needs and wants, we are able to track samples generated, received, processing, processed, and samples that need to be retested. It also generates reports and those reports are sent off to the appropriate people/patients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ovation?

Ovation has a rather boring appearance to it. Ovation could invest a little money towards product design to make it even MORE user-friendly and interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ovation solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can create workflows that reflect OUR individual laboratory processes. We were able to really personalize the software to what we wanted it to do when Ovation helped us validate our laboratory for COVID-19 testing. It has allowed us to stay synchronized with the changing requirements that our laboratory experiences and we can do all of this without constantly needing IT specialists to take care of everything. We can rely on the LIMS workflow to automate what decisions we are going to make next. LIMS improves our throughput by saving us time and simplifying the steps we need to take to run our samples.
