What do you like best about Outsmart?

I love using outsmart for the user friendly design and the way they sort everything to have a better view of your analytics and your competition. It is exactly what I was looking for to figure out what to improve on my client's social accounts and being able to show them how well are we performing. The reports and options available to track and measure each aspect of social factors for each post and account we manage is just what makes this software so great. What do you dislike about Outsmart?

Nothing so far I use it on a daily basis and never had a complaint. I joined from the beginning of the beta and I can see that they are a hard working team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outsmart solving and how is that benefiting you?

Competition benchmarking and weekly and monthly reports is just what I need for my clients. They actually love these reports and request them. I actually got back one of my older clients by sending them a benchmark report to show how good of a job I was doing, and it worked wonders which made me happy. They keep updating the software and inserting new features and I can see with time this might be one of the best analytical tool out there. Their customer support is perfect and very friendly.
