What problems is Outseer 3-D Secure solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is a great and must needed product for all financial services to detect and block fraudulent transactions in real time payment world . Also there is a lot customaization available ( one can add their own rules n risk engine will consume these to throw risk score n detect fraud) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
