"Sales Boost and Seamless Integration, Minor Glitches"
What do you like best about Outreach?

I love using Outreach because it seamlessly connects with Nooks, creating a very smooth and easy experience for tracking my daily sales needs. The tool addresses a major issue of lack of visibility by making it super simple for us to keep everything organized. I appreciate the incredible integration Outreach has with Salesforce and Notes, as it connects smoothly with my whole tech stack, significantly enhancing efficiency. The setup process for Outreach is remarkably straightforward and user-friendly, making the transition incredibly easy. Overall, I genuinely believe Outreach is the best application of its kind, having seen many others but none compare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I find that Outreach can be clunky at times. Additionally, I believe the integration with Nooks could be improved. Specifically, it would be beneficial if it was better tailored to handle recent interactions, like dials or emails opened in the last ninety days, for streamlined follow-ups on good conversations. "Essential CRM for Seamless Prospecting and Integration"
What do you like best about Outreach?

It is a great place to email and call prospects and put them into different sequences. Helps to keep track of all your contacts and if they open emails. Also like the linkedin option to directly connect with others through a link. I use it every day and it is the primary CRM I use. It integrates great with SalesForce and Linkedin. Very easy to use. Have not had to use customer support so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I don't have anything I dislike about Outreach that I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best tool for outreach as BDR"
What do you like best about Outreach?

Our Business development and Sales team globally use Outreach. Literally every employee in those teams. It's a great tool in many aspects, and we use their functionalities widely and each day. We have it integrated with our CRM system, so it has all the data of our accounts and prospects we need. We then use Outreach for all of our multi channel sequences. This works as a perfect machine. We also use Outreach for calling our prospects (from our PC), which also works very well and provides you with a lot of settings to configure and fine tune. The emails are integrated with our email tool which allows us to track the activity. The dashboard and reporting functionality is also very detailed and easy to filter through or customize depending on what you'd like to see. Overall it's a great tool that each of us uses every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

There's nothing to dislike about this tool. The only thing is that for new team members it can take awhile to get familiar with all of the different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outreach cut me off without notice, unresponsive ever since, and left me scrambling to rebuild"
What do you like best about Outreach?

The software itself is fine — it does what most other sales engagement platforms do: manage sequences, track activity, and support outreach campaigns. But frankly, that doesn’t matter if the company behind the tool treats customers the way Outreach has treated me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Outreach terminated my account without any notice, warning, or communication whatsoever — despite the fact that my account was on automatic renewal and had been active for several years. One day I simply could not log in, and when I reached out, I was told the only way to get access back was to buy five licenses I don’t need, at a much higher cost.

This is a forced upsell by cutting off existing customers — and it completely contradicts their own Terms of Service, which require:

- 60 days’ notice before changing fees,

- 30 days’ written notice to terminate auto-renew, and

- Notice before suspending an account for billing issues.

Outreach provided none of those notices.

Worse, after that first and ONLY curt response from their sales rep, the company has been virtually unresponsive. I escalated my concerns to multiple sales leaders, VP-level contacts, and customer success — and received no reply for days. Outreach is happy to send a dismissive upsell email, but not to address the fact they cut off a long-time customer without explanation.

Because of this, I have lost access to my own data stored in the platform. That means years of history, records, and workflows are now inaccessible to me. I now have no choice but to rebuild everything — sequences, integrations, automations — from scratch in a new software. That process is not just expensive, it’s highly disruptive to my business operations.

This is not just a bad customer experience — it’s unprofessional, predatory behavior. Outreach clearly does not value small or mid-sized clients. If they decide your account is no longer worth their time, they will simply cut you off without warning, ignore your complaints, and leave you scrambling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must have tool for anyone in sales"
What do you like best about Outreach?

The analytics don’t seem to always be accurate. Sometimes when it looks like people have opened emails, it might be an auto email checker that shows they opened the email. It’s hard to tell sometimes if they really opened the mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Creating more out of the box campaigns that align to my needs would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and Easy to use!"
What do you like best about Outreach?

What I like best about Outreach is how easy and visible every stat is. You are able to view who viewed and clicked your emails on the right side and also group who has the most viewed/clicked in the middle section, making it easy to follow up and send custom emails for outreach.Creating and cloning sequences is also a breeze and easy to make custom. I love outreach I have used it for every company I have worked for and it's useful for prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Being that I've used Outreach for 4 years I don't have much negative things to say.

If I had to say something it would be maybe adding a prospect added from linkedin to have it automatically add the time zone and city/state they are located in but is really not a big deal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool to manage outreach and follow-ups easily"
What do you like best about Outreach?

What I like most about Outreach is how easy it makes it to organize and follow up with leads. You can build sequences, send personalized emails at scale, and see who opened or replied in real time. It keeps everything in one place, so you don’t have to guess what step comes next. It’s very helpful for staying consistent with outreach and improving response rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

Sometimes the platform takes a few seconds to load when switching between sequences or inboxes. Also, the reporting dashboard could be a bit more flexible. But overall, these are small issues compared to how much time it saves every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outreach recommendation"
What do you like best about Outreach?

for the most part it's a perfect sync with the CRM our company uses. A couple pieces of data tend to not get brought over, but nothing that would make or break the experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I can only transfer 2 phone numbers from any contact in my CRM. If there are more than two (multiple locations, cell phones, etc,) it doesn't transfer over Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"With Outreach, your team can design smarter workflows that help every rep sell like your top rep"
What do you like best about Outreach?

Outreach is an incredibly effective tool that has significantly boosted my team’s productivity in sales outreach. The ability to schedule emails in advance and place prospects into automated sequences streamlines long-term engagement without constant oversight. It also helps me stay organized by tracking follow-up tasks like calls. One of the most valuable features is its email tracking, which shows opens and clicks—making it easier to identify engaged prospects. While Outreach also offers additional analytics, we haven’t fully explored those yet, but they show promise for deeper insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

there are a few features I find lacking. For example, if I want to personalize emails for just a handful of contacts within a sequence, I have to either set a reminder to manually tweak the email right before it sends—defeating the purpose of automation—or create an entirely separate sequence for one or two people, which clutters my workflow. More affordable tools like Yesware offer one-off automated sequences with built-in logic to halt follow-ups after a reply, which feels like a basic yet missing functionality in Outreach. "SDR Manager"
What do you like best about Outreach?

I've used Outreach for 5+ years as an SDR and as an SDR Manager. I knew Outreach was a top of the line product when it comes to prospecting but now I've also had the chance to use competitor products and get a better feel for the landscape of prospecting products. What i've found it confirmation that Outreach really is the best product on the market. While others have similar capabilities and possibly different offerings, Outreach is the most comprehensive and user friendly of the bunch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

I'm utilizing Outreach's AI features and trying to adopt all of their new releases. As far as my company's needs they are completely met. As my team expands I hope to find new ways to use the system and will continue to provide suggestions for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
