"Good for sequencing emails, but buggy"

What do you like best about Outreach?

Easy to build outbound sequences across email, linkedin, and phone. I like creating lists that I can easily figure out who to dial if I have a 30min block in my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

1. Dialer is not clear. It sounds crinkly when calling folks, which is not good for either person.

2. The gmail integration does NOT work when scheduling emails to be sent in future. It's not reliable which means I do not schedule my emails to go out when they'll get the most engagement.

3. For whatever reason Outreach disconnects from my Gmail at least once a week. I've filed multiple support tickets and it never seems to get better.

4. The platform is complex. Reps need more enablement on how to best use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
