What do you like best about Outreach?

Email templates are my favorite part - I use these a lot Easy to call out of w Dialpad integration Seeing when last contacted a prospect, who else has contacted them, and who read my email I learned how to add tags and filters to tasks to help differentiate lead sources + call certain time zones Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outreach?

My admin team has disabled the ability to create/edit sequences, and I'd like to do this myself There are so many abilities and ways to call prospects/complete tasks; it is not clear to everyone which way is the best way to call tasks - there are like 3 different ways. It confuses new hires and takes a while to figure out how to do it most efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Outreach:

View a training on Outreach and talk with people in your organization on how they use it. People will have different ways of using it, and you can figure out the best way for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outreach solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can focus on calling as many prospects as possible and know whether or not prospects have viewed my emails. This helps me position my followups correctly, as someone not viewing the email is going to be approached different than someone who viewed my email 20x. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
