  ### 1. Flexible Email Sequencing, but Phone & WhatsApp Integration Needs Work

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

Their email sequencing tool is quite good and allows flexibility

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Their phone and WhatsApp integration runs through a third-party provider, and we ran into a lot of integration issues. In the end, it still didn’t work for us, so we removed those features from our account.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The email sequencing workflow is very robust and includes the right amount of checks and balances to help prevent our emails from being marked as spam. Our open rates are quite high, and opt-outs are very low.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

The customer support is genuinely responsive and helpful. The multichannel sequencing across email, calls, and LinkedIn works well for day-to-day SDR outreach, and having all outbound activities in one place is convenient

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Reporting lacks depth and could be more granular. The platform can get buggy at times, with occasional glitches in email automation. Some features still need improvement and the overall product feels like it’s still maturing

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps our SDR team manage outbound outreach across multiple channels from one place. Instead of juggling different tools, we can run email sequences, make calls, and track prospect engagement all within a single platform, which saves time and keeps the team organized

Great email sequences and helpful lead statistics. I also received great support during the trial and onboarding. The integrations were good as well.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

I find the email campaigns for sequences and the dialer the most useful in Outplay. The initial setup was very easy, which is thanks to Saurabh Tripadhi, who has been incredibly helpful with any questions and setbacks we have.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Definitely the dialer.

I use Outplay for email and phone outreach, mainly benefiting from its sequences and dialer features.

I like that we're able to get more meetings with current workflows using Outplay, which leads to more sales. The process of automating outreach and creating a structured workflow is very helpful. I'd rate the setup ease at a 4 out of 5, indicating it was quite easy to get started with Outplay.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

I dislike the bugs, specifically with the multidialer, which has lots of problems. I wish it actually worked.

Easy to work with - honestly one of the best teams I’ve worked with.

The number of bugs is a little high, and I don’t like the UI that much.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

They get incredible support and develop products every day. I love how easy it is to interact with it. Now, you can connect with even more potential customers across all platforms than ever before.

What I like most about Replay is the way it lists the tasks to be completed in order. This allows you to send tons of pre-made and customizable templates very quickly and easily.
Best part? Everything is logged to Pipedrive using the built-in Outplay integration. This gives you a general idea of ​​what's going on in every deal while maintaining contact details between sales representatives.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

The learning curve for setting up the software was a bit tricky. Triggers and sequences are stored in strange places, making testing difficult. There were also some problems with the integrated part of the Pipedrive. All of these were little more than minor inconveniences.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Outplay is a must-have. It's not just another "nice to have". Few products address true pain in this borderless, remote economy. Outplay is one of the companies solving this problem. In terms of a pure growth mindset, there should be no other reason for this journey.
Usually, when a founder gets his timing, skills, and aspirations right, his ego gets the better of him, and he tends to mess things up by ignoring the team's growth and treating it as mere numbers. and people. You can always replace them.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

The onboarding was smooth, and the interface looked promising. The trial version worked well and didn’t expose the deeper issues we later encountered. At first glance, it felt like a polished and capable platform, which made us hopeful about using it long-term.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

At the beginning of the year, we purchased a subscription to start using the platform. In the end, we lost a huge amount of time and money due to their buggy software. The customer service is terrible — extremely slow responses and no real help. They don’t acknowledge their own issues and refuse to issue refunds. It honestly feels like a scam.

Even after canceling the subscription (which had to be done outside of their platform), we’re still receiving invoices and receipts.

Absolutely do not recommend.

Outplay helps streamline outreach and engagement workflows, saving time on manual follow-ups and improving team coordination.

**What do you like best about Outplay?**

We've mainly used the email sequence features and have been very happy with those. In particular, the ability to do A/B testing on messages has helped us improve our open, click and response rates. We use Pipedrive as our CRM, and the integration between the two platforms is solid. In general, we have found Outplay easy to use and easy to implement. Our sales team uses Outplay all the time. It is a critical part of our standard sales motions. We've also been very pleased with support. Any time we have had a question or needed help, they've assisted us quickly.

**What do you dislike about Outplay?**

Our main use of Outplay has been around emails. I'd like to see more email creation tools - such as easy integration of Google fonts. Right now, we design our emails in another platform and then bring the HTML into Outplay. That works well, but it would be nice to be able to do more design work within Outplay itself.

**What problems is Outplay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an early stage startup and a small team. Outplay allows us to prospect and engage with our customers and leads in a very efficient manner.
