What problems is Outplacement Assistance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Respiris have been assisting us by providing outplacement assistance to terminated/laid-off employees for over a year now. Since introducing the service, we have received a wealth of wonderful feedback from service users. Angel and the team go far beyond just giving resume advice and application guidance, they spend time getting to know the individual and provide tailored support in a much more holistic manner. The 'career prayer' approach is fantastic.

At what is often a very difficult period of their lives, Respiris provides a deeply caring and supportive place to guide the person through their transition and on to whatever is next for them. As an HR leader, I am extremely grateful to know that our terminated team members are not alone in their transition and that they have a guiding light in Respiris.
