It doesn't work about 10% of the time. but that's a great percentage considering sometimes files get so corrupt that just can't be repaired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outlook PST Recovery Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a Computer Tech. I get lots of calls about Microsoft Outlook. I consider myself an expert. I've been working with computers over 30 years and I am a long-time fan of Outlook. I started using the tool a very long time ago. It wasn't always perfect but every new version kept getting better and this new version is truly impressive. It has been successful for me about 90% of the time. I've had files corrupted with viruses, I repair/clean them and then run the tool and I have been very successful getting it back into Outlook, Either import into the main account or attach it as a data file.
