What problems is Outlook PST File Viewer Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had outlook accounts with all of my previous employers and with current employer as well and at times of no internet connectivity, i face a hard time when I am in need of an important email or its attachments. But using Outlook PST file viewer I can search through all of my .PST file backups to get what I need in addition to no-internet required functionality on local computers.
