"Good Product but Dated It Needs a Facelift"

What do you like best about Outlook Email Recovery Tool?

The product is easy to use and something that a lot of businesses use. Outlook is something good to have on a resume. Overall the product is user friendly and simple – you won't have a hard time learning how to use it or training other on it. The abaility to transition from it to other programs is good too – it is a similar tool to other programs like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outlook Email Recovery Tool?

The product is dated. It has limited capabilities and feels clunky. The interface isn't beautiful and could use some aesthtic work. Overall, I think that the product needs a total facelift and needs to have more integration into other product lines. It doesn't work as great on a mac as other products. It feels old and if they hired a team to work on making it fresh for younger audiences it would go far. It doesn't feel like a product a trendy or more advanced company would use it feels like something that a dated company would use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool is good if you have a basic business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Outlook Email Recovery Tool solving and how is that benefiting you?

When emails are deleted and you need them back this tool helps you. Overall outlook is a simple interface and allows us to easily work on emails, sent, delete, etc. The Inbox Repair tool doesn't connect or analyze any data stored in an Exchange mailbox. The tool only looks for errors (corruption), and if there are any, gives you the opportunity to allow the tool to fix those errors. If you can't start the Inbox Repair tool, you should try to repair your Outlook program. Although the repair process might recreate some of the folders, they may be empty. The Lost and Found folder contains any folders and items recovered by the repair tool that Outlook can't place in their original structure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
