First of all, Hotmail/Outlook was the first domain I used for an email address way back when. I appreciate the fact that deleted email messages and file attachments are easily retrievable through the Outlook Email Recovery software tool. As a consequence, I reobtained some fairly important documents stored in that email. It was easy to reset my account and retrieve lost data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially, the Instructions to reset and retrieve everything were unclear. I was only able to perform these actions after chatting with outlook support and watching a video tutorial.
