"Fast, No-Code Interactive Calculators That Boost Lead Quality"
4/5
What do you like best about Outgrow?

As Operations Coordinator at Peakview Commercial Properties, our 11–50 person commercial real estate team spends a ton of time nurturing tenant prospects, fielding inquiry calls, and qualifying leads for office, warehouse and retail space. Before Outgrow, we relied on basic landing page builders paired with static Google Forms to capture prospect details, and we hit a really rough patch earlier this year. We launched a simple form on our website for companies looking for warehouse space, asking for square footage, budget and move-in timeline. It was plain text, no conditional logic, and every visitor got the same long list of questions regardless of what they needed. A lot of busy business owners abandoned it halfway through, and the leads we did collect were low-quality. One broker wasted three follow-up calls on a prospect who was only casually browsing and had no immediate leasing plans. That made me look for a tool that could help us pre-qualify commercial leads before they hit our brokers’ inboxes.

What I like best about Outgrow is how quickly I can build interactive calculators, qualification quizzes and custom lead funnels tailored exactly for commercial real estate use cases. I’ve built a space requirement calculator that lets prospects input their team size, desired layout type and budget, and it instantly gives them a rough square footage recommendation plus a matching list of our available properties. It’s way more engaging than a boring form. Last month we put this calculator on our industrial warehouse listing page, and our lead capture rate jumped noticeably. Prospects get immediate value right away, instead of just filling out fields and waiting for a broker to reply.

The conditional branching is another huge win for our workflow. I can route questions dynamically. If someone says they’re looking for a short-term pop-up retail space, the funnel skips all the long-term lease questions and focuses on available flexible terms. If they need a full build-out for an office suite, it pulls up questions around construction timeline and tenant improvement allowances. This keeps the experience tight and relevant, cutting down on drop-offs significantly.

I also appreciate how flexible the embed options are. I can drop these interactive widgets directly onto our property listing pages, or share standalone links in our broker outreach emails and LinkedIn ads. The lead data flows neatly into the Outgrow dashboard, and I can tag each submission by property type, so I can hand qualified warehouse leads directly to our industrial broker and office prospects to our office specialist. It helps me route leads correctly without manual sorting.

For a small commercial real estate team without a dedicated marketing developer, Outgrow is perfect. I don’t need coding knowledge to spin up these lead tools. Before, creating anything interactive would have meant hiring outside help. Now I can iterate quickly, test different qualifying questions, and tweak our funnels when our inventory shifts. It doesn’t just collect contact information — it pre-screens prospects, sets realistic expectations, and saves our brokers hours of time spent chasing unqualified inquiries. That frees our team to focus on touring properties and closing leases instead of sorting through weak leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Outgrow?

Outgrow works well for building our lead qualification calculators and quizzes at Peakview Commercial Properties, but there are several consistent pain points that create extra admin work for me as Operations Coordinator, and I ran into a stressful issue just a few weeks ago. I was building a lease comparison calculator for our office space listings, designed to help prospects weigh base rent, CAM fees and tenant improvement packages. I spent an afternoon setting up all the formula logic, testing every input range, and embedded the widget on our main office property landing page. Once it went live, I started getting messages from brokers saying some prospects were seeing wildly incorrect calculated totals. After hours of troubleshooting, I discovered that if a user typed in non-standard decimal formatting, the formula would break silently without showing an error message. A few business owners got misleading cost estimates, and our brokers had to follow up and correct those numbers one by one. It created an awkward situation and made us pause that calculator for two days while I rebuilt the input validation rules. That really shook my confidence when rolling out new calculators for our commercial listings.

Another big frustration is the limited native CRM mapping flexibility. Our brokers rely heavily on our contact management system to track lease prospects, and I want to pass specific lead attributes — like required square footage, target move-in date and budget cap — directly over. Outgrow’s field mapping is rigid. It only supports basic standard fields, and many of our custom real estate fields don’t line up properly. I end up exporting CSV files after every campaign and manually copying those qualifying details into our CRM. Last month after a LinkedIn ad push drove in 48 new leads, this manual transfer took me nearly three hours after work. It’s repetitive, easy to make typos, and slows down how fast brokers can reach out to fresh inquiries.

I’m also disappointed with the analytics depth for our multi-channel campaigns. We share the same Outgrow calculator on our website, broker email signatures and paid social posts. The source tracking options are clunky; I have to manually add UTM parameters and create separate widgets if I want clean split reporting. I tried running one warehouse space calculator across all channels, and the built-in dashboard couldn’t clearly separate which leads came from LinkedIn versus our property website. I had to add an extra mandatory question asking visitors where they found us, which added friction and pushed up abandonment rates from busy business decision-makers who don’t have time for extra steps.
