I'm one person doing outreach, so the biggest thing for me is that OutFlo handles the repetitive part. I set up a campaign once, add the list, write the sequence, and it sends the connection requests and follow-ups on its own. I've run 3 campaigns and sent over 900 connection requests through it, which I would never have done by hand. The unified inbox is the other thing I use daily; all the replies from every campaign land in one place instead of me scrolling through LinkedIn to find them. Setup took a few minutes, and I didn't need anyone to walk me through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I started, I couldn't add new steps to a sequence in a campaign that was already running. I could edit the messaging and change the delays, but not add a step, so I created a new campaign instead. I raised it with the team and they told me it was already being worked on. Apart from that, nothing has really bothered me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
