For reasons that were not clear to me, customer service has blocked my campaigns. There was no response to my queries. I gave up on my plan and use Taboola + Google Ads instead. When I checked the session records data, I realized that all of the visitors were fake. Upon sending them a screen recording of the situation, they told me they put my account in "premium advertisers". But they did not refund me or give me a promotional code for wasting my money even though they accepted this issue. The strange thing about them is that they are still trying to get payment with random charges from my card. The Ads analytics is very user friendly and easy to use if you are into any kind of PP or CPM dynamics. **What do you dislike about Outbrain Direct Response by Teads?** Probably the main con is related to the minimum investment required by the company to start using the solution. The targeting with Bombora is getting better and it gets in front of a lot of prospects for a very low CPM. **What do you dislike about Outbrain Direct Response by Teads?** Although the targeting is getting better, there is still some opportunity. If there were one more layer to add on to the targeting, it would help immensely. It also takes a while to optimize as you have to wait and see where your ads are shown. Often you'll get thousands of impressions on an ad from one single website that may not be relevant to your business. You can exclude it going forward, but then another will pop up and take its place. You can eventually narrow it down and make it more valuable, but my recommendation is to start as narrow with targeting as possible, then open up from there. **What problems is Outbrain Direct Response by Teads solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great for driving traffic to the website - the traffic may not always be that valuable, though. Outbrain does not solve well for lead gen either. Focus on branding/awareness and utilize the lower CPM you can get. ### 6. We can easily navigate the app and use it. In terms of having a more detailed targeting feature, this helps you to configure content or where the data will be advertised. **What do you dislike about Outbrain Direct Response by Teads?** It has not a very appealing learning curve in comparison with other marketing tools. Also, some technology is badly configured on the platform as the advertisements cannot be rotated equally to display the advertising performance in general. It allows me to only submit certain articles pieces, which can be very restrictive.
