I really like that the platform is very user friendly and the fact that the Support team is very prompt, knowledgeable, and attentive. I also enjoy that they consistently add upgrades the program. I dislike that some recurring invoices aren’t recorded the way they should be, even though they’re supposed to be entered every month. For example, when there’s a SPLIT invoice, I still have to add the same store locations each month. It would really help if the system could remember those store locations so I don’t have to keep adjusting or manipulating the invoices month after month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Ottimate solving and how is that benefiting you? I appreciate the time Ottimate saves by digitizing invoices so they don’t have to be entered manually. The payment feature is also very easy to use, and I like that we have multiple payment methods to offer vendors—ACH, V Card, and paper checks.
