What do you like best about Otter Restaurant Operating System (rOS)?

I really love being able to track all my sales in one place with Otter Restaurant Operating System (rOS). It's great for tracking my restaurant analytics and monitoring both online and in-store sales. I also find it very convenient to mark an item as sold out across all platforms directly from the Otter POS. The initial setup was very simple and really straightforward. Additionally, I appreciate the integration services it offers for third-party platforms, and I use Otter for managing marketing promos on Uber Eats and DoorDash, as well as automated responses for Google Reviews. What do you dislike about Otter Restaurant Operating System (rOS)?

I would love if there was a store credit option for loading gift cards for customers or disgruntled guests. For purchasing gift card options when loading, it's typically only cash or credit card. It would be nice if there was an option to do a store credit where the money comes out of the sales at a later time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
