What do you like best about Osvi AI?

the features are to the point and very clear and easy to use interface. It is easily integrable into my workflow. Also, the performance right now that I'm getting is far better than the previous application that I was using. The ROI is very good for me. It actually does the work that it says and that they commit to. The support is really good. The team is always available, and even if I message sometimes late at night, they actually respond to me. What do you dislike about Osvi AI?

For now, it is doing pretty good for me, and there is nothing I dislike about it. I would expect some more features from them in the future so that I don't have to subscribe to any other platform. Instead, Osvi can become my go-to platform for most of the handling of calling and all things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Osvi AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, OSW is handling all my calling. Whenever I have to do mass calling, any cold calling, or these kinds of things, or if I'm getting an inbound call, this is my main use case that OSW is solving.

Apart from it, the new orchestration layer is really good, with the intelligence that orchestration has for handling the task end to end. Instead of just receiving the call and entering the transcript into the database, they are actually now doing the intelligence layer part, which is doing the work end to end.
