What do you like best about OSOM- Overseas Student Operations Management?

It's much easier to manage large volume of international students data with no delays on response. It's very helpful to keep agents, students and institutions under the same page. What do you dislike about OSOM- Overseas Student Operations Management?

As the OSOM consists of many features, it was quite complex to use at first. But as I continue using it, it gave a very smooth experience. Well it would be great if there was a short tutorial so that we get to know the features and customization we are able to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OSOM- Overseas Student Operations Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

OSOM has really helped solve the management of student applications, documents and communication all over the place. Before, we were using different tools to manage. With OSOM, everything is in one place. It saves us so much time and reduces mistakes. Plus, it's way easier to keep track of where every student's application is.
