What do you like best about Osello?

The team is extremely supportive and the integration process was faster and smoother than I ever expected. We changed 5 marketplaces over the course of a month using their AI capabilities saving our marketplace manager over 30 hours a week. On top of that we actually are saving about $1500 a month compared to our previous software. We went live with our current season faster than the previous season which was an absolute shock. The UI is simple and easy to use allowing our team a quick learning curve during the transition as well. Overall a great find! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Osello?

There are still changes being made which can make it hard to define an SOP. However we have found that the changes are logical and end up making things easier anyways so it's well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Osello solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are an apparel company with a moderately large presence across several marketplaces. Managing those marketplaces has taken roughly 30-50 hours a week (excluding Amazon). With Osello we have seen a better performance after initial set up with less than half the same time requirement.
