What do you like best about osapiens?

More and more regulations require companies to ensure compliance through well-managed, structured, and reliable data. I believe Osapiens plays an important role in supporting our company by helping us establish a strong data foundation and improve the way we manage regulatory requirements.

It provides increased automation and efficiency compared to our current, highly manual processes, while also improving data quality, transparency, and overall compliance management.

What do you dislike about osapiens?

It is not about dislikes. However, sometimes I feel that many of us who are working with the platform are not data experts or data engineers; we are mainly compliance professionals using the tool to support our activities.

Because of this, I think it would be beneficial if more workflows and guidance were designed with the end users in mind, considering that many users may not have a technical data background. The platform could be made more intuitive and easier to follow for business users, rather than being primarily designed from a data engineering perspective.
