What do you like best about Orkestra Supply Chain Solutions (SCS)?

We saved thousands of hours on manual tracking, by implementing Orkestra all our teams were quickly able to track our shipments. Orkestra also enabled us to cut all our freight costs by 15%, and because we were able to improve our on-time performance by analyzing our bottlenecks - we closed a lot more business. What do you dislike about Orkestra Supply Chain Solutions (SCS)?

Nothing at the moment; Orkestra is a great platform that all our operation teams use daily. The only thing I could have wished for was that we should have deployed this many years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Orkestra Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a logistics system with production in Asia and distribution in North America, but I'm not the first to admit it wasn’t great. We lacked visibility into our entire supply chain because our ERP system focused on financial operations, including purchase order details and issuing invoices, while the rest of their logistics data was housed in a complex spreadsheet. All our teams relied on this spreadsheet, including supply chain, sales, and accounting. So we said to Orkestra we need a system so that we can scale more effectively and reduce the reliance on manual work.

By implementing Orkestra, we got all our data in real-time and the features we needed to gain control over our supply chain, from managing purchase orders in Asia to selecting freight forwarders to distribute goods across North America.
