What do you like best about Orion Serial Metrics?

What I like best about Orion Serial Metrics is its reliability and the range of features it offers. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate. Customizable reports are a big plus, and the data analytics are valuable for our work. The integration with other systems is also smooth, which helps a lot.
