In addition to user-provided data, it also retrieves some foundational information that is noteworthy. Supports many languages, which is quite impressive. Easy to integrate with your site for marketing/sales. One of its best features is, it enable users edit the bot's responses during training conversations, allowing it to continuously improve over time. It also summarizes the chat with customer and saves it in chat history, which can be easily accessed by developers/support Engineers. It does not provide users the ability to set the tone of conversation such as formal, informal, descriptive, empathetic. Would be better if this feature is added.
