Its customizable dashboards and reporting tools give me clear visibility into incidents, claims, and risk trends. Incident tracking and claims management help streamline workflows, reduce manual data entry, and support timely follow-up. I also value the document management and reporting tools for maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance, and helping teams make informed decisions. Origami Risk reduces paperwork, improves visibility and reporting accuracy, and makes risk management more organized and efficient. I find navigation and system performance could be better. Some features feel complicated, especially for new users, and some workflows take too many steps for simple tasks. I’d like faster loading and smoother performance with large amounts of data, a more modern and intuitive interface, more flexible reporting and easier dashboard customization, and better integration with other business systems to reduce duplicate data entry. I’d also like better mobile accessibility and functionality, plus more practical tutorials, onboarding guidance, and step-by-step training.
