I like the centralized visibility across different technologies and log sources. I can correlate events from multiple systems in one platform, which makes investigations faster and more efficient. I appreciate getting useful security context without making the daily workflow unnecessarily complex. Having logs, alerts, and investigations in one place reduces time spent switching between tools, helps us investigate suspicious activity more quickly, and makes it easier to share findings and make faster decisions. The standard log sources and common integrations were relatively straightforward to set up, and the platform gives us a more unified view and helps streamline our monitoring and incident investigation process. I’d like more customization in some dashboards and reports, with more flexibility for different operational and management requirements. Initial configuration and fine-tuning for some integrations and correlation rules can require additional effort, especially in more complex environments. More detailed documentation, guided configuration options, and user interface improvements could help reduce the learning curve.
